HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Bold Blends Coffee order, we’re here to help with our *No BS Guarantee. Contact us within 15 days of purchase from our website (excluding retail and Amazon orders) for a full refund.

Merchandise or Apparel Returns:

Email us at [email protected] with your order details and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item.

We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.

Once we receive your return at our fulfilment centre, we’ll process your full refund and notify you.

*Please note: Coffee is considered a grocery item and cannot be returned. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to orders over 699 or orders placed outside of www.boldblendscoffee.com or our official Amazon listings.
