How to make decoction
Add 2 to 2.5 tbsp (12–15g) coffee powder into the filter.
Level it gently (do not press too hard).
Pour 120–150 ml hot water.
Let it drip for 8–10 minutes to form strong decoction.
How to serve (classic cup)
Add 40 ml decoction + 160 ml hot milk
Sweeten if you like
Stronger cup: increase decoction to 50–60 ml
Lighter cup: reduce decoction to 25–30 ml
