When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information is shared after dispatch. You can follow your shipment using the courier link provided.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Returns & Refunds

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us within 24 hours with images.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of transit damage.
