100% Arabica AAA grade coffee beans
Grind fine. Use 18g coffee to yield about 36g espresso in 25 to 30 seconds. Adjust grind for taste.
Grind medium. Use 15g coffee with 225g water. Brew 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds.
Grind coarse. Use 20g coffee with 300g water. Steep 4 minutes, plunge slowly, serve immediately.
Grind medium fine. Fill basket level, do not tamp. Brew on low heat for a smooth balanced cup.
Grind medium to medium fine. Brew a strong decoction, then mix with hot water or milk to preference.
