Add 100g coffee to 800ml water (1:8). Stir, cover, steep 12-16 hours. Strain and chill.
Ready-to-Drink Cold Brew
Use 1:12 (e.g. 60g coffee + 720ml water). Steep 12-16 hours. Strain, serve over ice.
Cold Brew with Milk
Mix concentrate with cold milk (start 1:1). Serve over ice. Sweeten if desired.
Black Cold Brew
Dilute concentrate with water (start 1:1). Add ice and enjoy a clean, strong black cup.
